Halloween Princess
This one is a little less zomie-ish, but was still fun to make. She would be really cute for Halloween decor.

This is really not my style of artwork, but I have had many mixed media artists bring up to me that I never do anything "zombie-ish" or "creepy"...so I broke out of my shell today and this is what I have come up with. While this is not my usual style of artwork, it was certainly fun to play with. I may find that I want to make more of these for a Halloween series. Stay tuned!
Inexpensive Art Supplies

Kids – Mixed Media Collage
I absolutely love to do collage! The collage you see below is one of the first that I made when taking up Art Journaling in 2011. I simply used craft materials that I already had on hand. To make this collage, I printed a picture of the kids riding my son's four-wheeler. To make the background, I took strips of excess (I rarely throw anything away) blue scrapbooking paper and tore them into small pieces and then glued them onto the page.
